岗位职责/职位描述

Adhere to ACCOR ResaVision Standards.
遵守雅高ResaVision标准。
Monitor forward reservations on a daily basis.
每天监控预定情况。
Close liaison with the Reservations Manager on available product.
与预订部经理就可用产品保持密切联系。
Ensures a sales attitude is adopted at all times and maintains an awareness of sales opportunities within the hotel and company.
确保销售态度总是被采用且维持对酒店和公司里面的销售机会。
Working with Reservations Manager to complete product maintenance on a needs basis.
与预订部经理合作，根据需要完成产品维护工作。
Trained in the Reservation Sales module and ensures consistent application of the methods thus achieving a high percentage of sales conversion from reservations enquiries.
培训销售方法且确保一致的申请方法如此达成来自预定询问的高百分比的销售转变,及Up Sell。
In the absence of the Reservation Manager will be responsible for the reservations department and report directly to Director of Sales & Marketing.在预订部经理不在的情况下，由预订部经理负责预订部的工作，并直接向销售部经理汇报。
Ensures high standards of personal presentation & grooming.
确保高水准的个人形象和仪容仪表。
Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
与客人和同事保持基于良好工作关系的接触。

任职资格

Work experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels will be better
同等职位国际酒店经验优先考虑；
Positive. can work under big pressure
能承受工作压力，积极向上。
Good guests service sense and professional skills.
良好的服务意识和专业技能；
Good verbal Chinese & English communication skills
良好的中英文口语沟通。
