Setsup classroom, prepare handouts and training materials
布置培训教室，准备讲义及培训材料
AdministersEnglish test and prepare English test reports
管理英语测试和英语测试报告
Collectsskills training reports and communication reports from all departments tocompile the Training section of monthly HR Report. 
收集各部门技能培训报告，编制人事月报中的培训部份
Preparesall memos regarding training courses or related matters.
准备所有培训课程或相关事宜的纪要
Ensuresthat the HR Office and Training Room are kept clean and tidy at all times.
确保人事办公室和培训教室的干净整洁
Designsand maintain the Training section of the Notice board.
设计并维护布告栏的培训版面
Asst.the training manager for the preparation and publishing of the Newsletter.
协助培训经理准备和发布时事通讯录
Performsother tasks as assigned by Training Manager.
完成培训经理安排的其它工作。
