To maintain a  high customer service focus by approaching your job with the customers always  in mind.   在服务工作的整个过程中,时刻保持高度的客户服务意识。  ·

The  Steward Supervisor ensures that the cleanliness, hygiene and sanitation of  all kitchen areas, equipment and utensils are maintained in accordance to  established quality standards.  管事部主管负责确保整个厨房区域的清洁度,卫生,设备和用具清洁卫生达到品质标准。  ·            

Assists  the Chief Steward in controlling on a daily basis the following:  协助管事部副经理/经理控制以下:

 A.  Level of sanitation standard  in kitchen areas, equipment, utensils and equipment.  厨房的卫生标准 如 厨房设备,厨房用具  B.Guests & team  satisfaction.  客人和团队的满意度  

C.Breakage and Loss of  equipment  破损和丢失  ·            Responsible  for providing functional assistance to the stewarding team during operations.  负责在运营期间对管事部团队提供协助  ·  Responsible  for providing sufficient equipment which are in accordance to sanitation  standards and in good condition, to the outlets and kitchen sections.  负责提供足够的设备无论是卫生标准还是好的条件  ·            

Responsible  for ensuring sufficient cleaning supplies and equipment to operate the  stewarding section, during a shift.  负责确保充足的清洁剂和设备在当班的时候  ·            

Responsible  for the results in the implementation of the cleaning schedule.  负责按照清洁时间表执行  ·          

 Assigns  specific tasks to team during a shift.  安排细节的工作  Takes  the daily inventory and requisition of cleaning supplies.   预备每天清洁用品的申请和盘点  ·            

Attends  all scheduled meetings and training sessions required for the position...  参加所有有关的会议和培训  ·            

Reports  accidents, incidents, breakage and loss to the Asst Chief Steward at the end  of each shift.  每个班次结束前向管事部副经理 报告意外事故,破损和丢失  ·          

 Records  in the logbook, daily cleaning assignment and results.  将每天的清洁任务和结果记录到交接本上  ·            

Communicates  effectively with superior and team.  有效的和上级或团队沟通  ·            

Knows  the daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks required of the stewarding  section.  了解,知道管事部每天,每周,每月的清洁任务需求  ·            

Checks  the set-up and clearing of buffet set up for the outlets and banquet  functions.  检查其他餐厅或宴会厅自助餐炉的摆台和 清洁   ·  Inspection  all areas of the kitchen, canteen, store rooms etc. for sanitation and  working condition, at the start  and end of the shift.  上班前和下班后 检查所有区域包括厨房,餐厅,库房等等 工作环境和卫生  ·          

 Supervises  and checks results of cleaning tasks scheduled during the shift.  主管在当班时检查清洁任务的结果  ·            

Assists  with the updating & reviewing of cleaning products and cleaning methods.  协助更新或评估清洁产品和清洁方法  ·            Follows  up in operation, that established sanitation standards for kitchen areas,  equipment and utensils are implemented consistently  跟进运营,贯彻执行所有厨房已确定的卫生标准,厨房设备和用具  ·          

 Supervise  team to control and avoid breakage of equipment and wastage of cleaning  supplies.  主管团队要控制和避免设备的损坏和清洁用品的损耗  ·          

 Capable  of performing all tasks in the stewarding section.  有能力完成所有管事部任务  ·            

Capable  of operating all the cleaning equipment in stewarding.  有能力操作管事部所有的清洁设备  ·            

Checks  the security of operating equipment storeroom daily.  每天检查操作设备库房的安全  ·            

Ensure all silverware is polished  确保所有银器保持标准的光泽度  ·  Maintain Hygienic  Standards and Practices  维持卫生标准和习惯  ·            

Assists  the Asst. / Chief Steward motivates a strong team amongst the stewarding team  assigned     in his/her shift.  协助管事部副经理/经理组建一只强大的团队在管事部团队中  ·            

Coaches,  counsels and disciplines the stewarding team in accordance to Hotel’s  Policies and Procedures  培训, 忠告和纪律使管事部团队符合酒店的程序和政策  ·            

Reports  to the Asst. / Chief Steward.  向管事部副经理/经理汇报工作  ·  Coordinates  with the kitchen team and service team in the performance of work.  在工作中协助厨房和餐厅  ·            Coordinates  with the team of other departments for other Hotel activities.  协助其他酒店其他部门  · 

Coordinates  with shift engineers for repair and maintenance of equipment  协助当值工程师检修和维护设备     Supervising  Financial Performance财务管理     ·            

To supervise the  financial performance of the department in line with the profit plan  在盈利目标的基础上进行有效的财务管理。  ·  Being aware of  potential highs and lows in the business     了解生意潜在的增长或减低的态势。  ·            

Communicating  relevant financial information to the team     与团队成员有关的财务状况。     

Supervising  Health and Safety卫生及安全管理     ·          

To actively  supervise & ensure the health, safety and well-being of customers and all  staff      主动监管并确保客人及员工的安全卫生环境。

Understanding  relevant FSMS legislation & the implications on the operation of the  department    理解FSMS法,并在餐厅的日常运营中执行。  ·   

Ensuring that  safe and healthy working practices are observed throughout service.  在服务过程中确保严格遵守卫生及安全守则。  ·  Reporting any  accidents/incidents to the Supervisor/Manager.   向上一级主管或经理汇报发生的任何事故.  ·          

Does any special  assignment as assigned by the Assistant Chief Stewarding...  任何其他管事部经理助理指派的工作.
