The Steward Supervisor ensures that the cleanliness, hygiene and sanitation of all kitchen areas, equipment and utensils are maintained in accordance to established quality standards. 管事部主管负责确保整个厨房区域的清洁度,卫生,设备和用具清洁卫生达到品质标准。 ·
Assists the Chief Steward in controlling on a daily basis the following: 协助管事部副经理/经理控制以下:

Coaches, counsels and disciplines the stewarding team in accordance to Hotel’s Policies and Procedures 培训, 忠告和纪律使管事部团队符合酒店的程序和政策 ·
