RESPONSIBILITIES:
工作职责:
· Ensures forwarding and receiving of all information pertaining to the department in order to maintain set standards and achieve guest satisfaction

· Receives, records, and distributes various reports
接收、记录及分发报告。
· Receives, records, and transmits guest requests accurately
准确地接收、记录及传达客人的要求。
· Responsible for entering accurate room status into computer daily and investigate discrepancies
负责将正确的房态输入电脑并分析房态差异。
· Maintains and update administrative data
保存和更新行政资料。
· Maintains working area and equipment in a proper state of cleanliness and repair
对工作区域进行维护,并保证设备处于清洁及维护的良好状况。
· Report guest complaints to Executive Housekeeper or delegate immediately
如有投诉,须立即上报行政管家或其授权代表。
· Issues, receives, records and controls all Housekeeping phones.
发放,收回,登记和控制所有管家部手机。
· To keep record of keys and floor master keys issued to other departments and floors.
记录分发到各个楼层和其它部门的万能钥匙。
· Handle, record and follow up on loan items and extra supplies to guests. Conduct monthly inventories of on-loan items, phones.
处理,登记和跟踪借出物品,每月盘点一次出借物品,手机。
· Record status of daily attendance for all Housekeeping team members.
记录所有管家部员工出勤的情况。
· To file documents according to established system.
按照既定系统将各种文件存档。
· To handle complementary orders, cancellations or room changes.
处理临时订房、预订取消、换房等。
· To keep the concerned Floor Supervisors informed regarding group arrival, group departures and preset up for VIP arrivals.
随时告知楼层主管关于团队的到达、离店、VIP客人抵达等相关的 信息等。
· To handle lost and found.
处理失物招领。
· Housekeeping store room arrangement.
客房部库房管理。
· Mini-Bar control.
酒水控制。
· Keep good communication with other departments.
同其他部门协调工作。
· Ensure all reporting and servicing deadlines are met on a timely basis.
保证所有报告和服务都按时完成。
· Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
完成任何其他合理的职责和被指派的职责。
· Complies with hotel’s health, safety and hygiene policies and adheres to conduct personnel grooming and hygiene standards

· Attends meetings and training sessions as required

· Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures.

· Is multi-skilled as a Room Attendant as well as other areas of Housekeeping

· Adheres to Housekeeping standards and procedures and enforces same

· Carry out other tasks as directed by your supervisors
