在酒店关系网和酒店级别范围内及由宴会销售总监制定的内部规定范围内，完成自己的销售任务。
控制客户的信息库和通讯名录并保证不断更新。
同客户保持良好的商业关系。
对团队和商务散客通过电话销售、访问、邮寄开展销售活动。
确认所有的预定单（包括宴会与会议）被准确无误地在销售部与宴会之间进行沟通并生效。
记录客户对于酒店发展的建议和最新的信息。
提供销售后服务，特别要确保必要时客户所有的投诉都被有关部门认真接受、讨论。确定所有投诉都已经过调查，并开始实施补救行动。
组织并提交每周销售报告给宴会销售总监。
确保所有新客户均无没负面信用的记录。
Perform his/her duties within the framework defined by the chain and hotel norms and by internal regulations as specified by the Director of Catering.
Control customer database mailing list and ensure it updated constantly.
Maintain good business relationship with all producers.
Conduct sales campaign by direct sales call / visits/mailing for group and FIT business, meeting and banquets from all sources for bookings and leads.
Make sure all booking orders (banquet/meetings) are correctly instructed for effective communication between sales and banquet operation.
Keep clients advised of latest information regarding hotel’s development.
Keep well informed and well coordination about the operations especially in essential departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Banquet etc.).
Provide after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints brought to management’s attention and communicate with the respective departments if necessary for proper handling. Ensure that all complaints are reviewed; investigated and follow-up action is initiated.
Organize and submit weekly sales report to the DOC.
Ensure that all new clients have no negative credit references.
