岗位职责：
1、根据企业发展战略规划，配合完成企业品牌战略规划及品牌体系建设，指导和监督项目品牌工作开展；
2、负责企业品牌形象推广及维护，形成有力的品牌效应；
3、把握公司的品牌定位，根据市场需求和变化、区域特性和市场信息进行品牌策划；
4、统筹企业网站、微信等官方平台的规划、管理及执行，做好媒体资源维护及开拓工作；
5、负责舆情预警、处理，维护企业及团队形象；
6、媒体费用预算及监控。
任职要求：
1、大学本科及以上学历（全日制），市场营销、新闻传播、广告学等相关专业；
2、5年以上房地产企业（经纪、租赁企业）、酒店品牌推广工作经验，具备良好的媒体资源；
3、具备较好的审美品位及优秀的沟通协调及逻辑分析能力；
4、热情积极，认真负责，抗压力强。
