This position is concerned with the maintenance ,repair and operation of sound system and associated equipment of the hotel including public address system, security monitoring system, in-house movie system, back-ground music system, satellite system ，telephone system and fire alarming system in the hotel, ensuring the highest quality maintenance and maximum client satisfaction.
负责酒店音响设备的维修保养，并包括背景音乐、监控、卫星电视、电话、消防报警系统、确保高质量的保养和操作以满足客人的需求。
 
1.       General supervision of all technicians under his control and the allocation of work and distribution of the workforce in accordance with instruction from the Duty Engineer.
管理所有弱电员工并按值班工程师的指令安排工作。
2.       Schedule repair & preventative maintenance for all equipment under his supervision.
对所管辖的设备作出维修保养计划。
3.       Check the daily event orders and liaise with Banquet Department to arrange for all the necessary audio/video system and lighting set up as required.
与宴会部检查每天的宴会单并根据需要安排所有必要的设备。
4.       Check on all equipment and inventory records every month. Keep A/V plant room cleaning and tidy.
每月对设备进行盘点清理。保持所有音响设备机房干净整洁。
5.       To manage the working tools, and register the team member’s name that had get the tool.
管理好本系统的材料及员工借领工具，领用材料的登记、保管制度。
6.       To arrange checking  fire-fighting system regularly.
定期安排检查消防系统。
7.       Supervise and train technicians and apprentices in the correct performance of their duties and development of skills and knowledge to prepare them for eligibility to high grades.
监督并培训员工正确的操作设备并提高工作技能和知识以便于将来的发展。
8.       Coordinate the installations of new equipment or modification to existing equipment.
协调新设备和对现有设备更新的安装。
9.       Recommend changes in equipment or procedures to achieve the highest possible savings on operation and energy cost.
从节能角度提出设备的更新或更改运转的程序。
10.   Coordinate the work of contractors on the job and coordinate with the Duty Engineers in maintenance work.
协调相关外部承包商的工作并与值班工程师协调做好维修工作。
11.   Write a performance report on the team members under his supervision once a year.
每年对所属员工作出工作表现评估。
12.   Responsible for recommending disciplinary action.
负责对员工的过失行为提出处理意见。
