岗位职责/职位描述

1.     Implement all sales action plans related to the respective market (by segment and geographical locations) as outlined in the hotel revenue plan, with a minimum of 30 quality sales activities per week.
根据酒店销售收益计划中的概述,实施与各自市场(根据类别和地理位置)相关的销售活动,其中包括每周为酒店至少完成30次高质量的销售活动。
2.     Actively participate in achieving the departmental goals which contribute to the hotel BD Revenue.

3.     Closely monitors accounts revenue and business production for Corporate FIT Transient, Permanent and Groups Rooms only.
为合约价格的散客(短住/长住)和团客(仅住房),密切监视其贡献收入和产量。
4.     Maximize up-selling opportunities whenever possible.
在任何适当的时候,提升酒店的销售机会。
5.     Be responsible for all RFP and LNR accounts negotiation for hotel.
负责酒店的公司协议价邀约要求和当地协议客户的谈判。
6.     Assist the Director of Sales in the forecasting of rooms revenue and ADR for Corporate / FIT / Group Rooms Only / LSG (Long Staying Guests) groups.
针对公司合约价客户/散客/团客/长住客,协助销售总监预测所有房间收益和平均每日房价。
7.     Attend major travel functions and promotional C&C (i.e. trade shows) and promotes sales (rooms, catering, and other facilities and services) for the hotel.
参加主要的商旅和促销性的活动(如贸易展会),从而为酒店促销(客房,餐饮和其他设施和服务)
8.     Update the Director of Sales on all the groups/contract negotiations progress.
对销售总监进行的团体/合约谈判的进度进行更新。
9.     Plan sales trips, under the direct approval of Director of Sales and Director of Business Development to major market areas, calling on accounts within the specific market areas. 
在销售总监和商务发展总监的直接批准下,计划到主要市场区域的销售差旅,拜访具体市场范围内的客户。
10. Report to the DOS on potential markets needing coverage.
向销售总监报告潜在市场需求覆盖量。
11. Review direct competition and conduct regular research.

12. Keep updated with client relationships and overall business goals through close communication with Catering Sales Team.
通过与宴会管理团队的紧密沟通,保持更新客户关系和总体商业目标。
13. Maintain a high level of exposure for the hotel in major market areas through direct sales, telephone, fax, and written communications.
通过销售拜访电话销售.传真通信方式使酒店的形象在主要市场区域保持高度的知名度。
14. Develop increased room nights as well as Banquet revenue.
增加客房销售量以及宴会销售量。

职位要求:

1.     Minimum College Degree
专科以上学历
2.     At least 1 years working experiences in sales as manager level with knowledge in corporate
在大型公司担任公司业务销售经理一年以上
3.     Experience in a chain hotel (local or international)
连锁酒店集团(当地或国际)工作经验
4.     Working experience in other primary cities is an advantage
有一线城市工作经验者优先
5.     Computer skills, Delphi will be an advantage
电脑技能,熟悉Delphi者优先
6.     Speaking Cantonese is a plus
会说粤语者优先
7.     Presentation Skills
展示报告技巧
8.     Conversational fluency in level of English
具备一定的英语会话能力
