Is responsible for the efficient functioning of the VIP Reception Lounge which provides intuitive Chinese Hospitality in guest services such as check-ins and check-outs; concierge services and information and tea & snack service.

•	Show Chinese Etiquette – by greeting our guests by extending the spirit of our signature welcome and indulge them in Chinese hospitality by being humble and discreet in observing Chinese protocol. 
•	Respect and Recognize – We respect and recognize guests no matter who they are and adapt to guest preferences making them feel a cut above the rest.
•	Help Accomplish – by fully understanding our guests’ business and social engagement needs, and take pro-active action to exceed their expectations by efficient and accurate services.

•	协力成就事业 – 悉心洞察、领会客人商务及社交的不同需求，先行一步，力求以准确高效、超越客人期望的服务，帮助客人达成目标。 
Welcomes and warm greeting to VIPs who arriving at the VIP Reception Lounge.  
•	热情问候光临贵宾接待厅的贵宾，对其到店表示欢迎
•	Prepare daily arrival reports & due out reports and remember VIP guests’ name. Try to address each VIP by their name. 
•	准备好当天工作报表并熟记一些VIP客人和即将入住/退房贵宾的姓名。尽可能在对客时能称呼客人的姓氏。
•	Maintains all equipment in good working order. Familiar with all Front Desk back up procedures in the event that any Front Office equipment malfunctions. 
•	确保所有设备工作正常,熟知前台系统的应急预案以防任何设备的突然失灵
•	Is conversant with IHG Rewards Club Programme, Frequent Flyer, Hotel VIP Programme and benefits. 
•	十分熟悉优悦会会员计划，飞行里程计划，酒店贵宾计划及礼遇
•	Ensure all pre-arrival VIPs’ preferences are actioned upon before VIP arrivals. 
•	确保所有贵宾的喜好在排房时已经考虑周到，并且在贵宾抵达前就已经安排妥当
•	Ensures that all VIP amenities are placed in VIP rooms prior to guests’ arrival. 
•	确保所有贵宾的欢迎品在贵宾抵店前已送入其房间内
•	Manage the Premier Rooms’ availability and maximizing occupancy and yield. 
•	管理酒店高级别客房，尽量扩大酒店的收益
•	Builds relationships with VIPs to delight and gain loyalty. 
•	与贵宾建立良好的关系，并逐步增强客人的忠诚度
•	Remain current-in all hotel information: events, promotion etc. Answer guests inquiries on Hotel facility and city information.
•	熟知当天酒店的所有活动为宾客提供必要的信息。
•	Attend daily briefing 
•	参加日常部门例会	
•	Maintain and enforce all operational standards and procedures from VIPs’ pre-arrival, to VIPs’ arrival, to VIPs’ in-house stay to VIPs’ departure. 
•	严格执行所有的运营标准和程序，包括贵宾抵店前，抵店时，在住期间和离店时
•	Assumes other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager / Director of Rooms / Executive Assistant Manager / General Manager. 
•	执行可能由前厅部经理/房务总监/行政助理经理和总经理交办的任务
