岗位职责
1. 旅游管理、酒店管理相关专业的大专以上学历；
2. 10年以上酒店管理经验，5年以上总经理相关岗位工作经验；熟悉连锁酒店整体运营及管理；
3.具备强效的执行力、协调能力和处理危机能力，具备良好的职业道德；
4.有丰富的酒店市场开拓经验和成功的市场营销策划经验；
5.有一定的开业筹备经验和酒店独立运营管理经验为佳；
6.具有敏感的商业和市场意识，分析问题及解决问题能力强，具有优秀的资源整合能力和业务推进能力；
7.熟练的英语听、说、读、写、译能力；
岗位职责：
1.在总经理带领下，负责酒店的日常经营管理工作，对各项经营管理指标负责。
2.提出酒店的经营管理思路，协助确定酒店年度经营计划，并指挥落实。
3.协助建立健全酒店内部管理系统、运行机制及各项规章制度。
4.协调各部门关系。
5.研究市场发展趋势，协调制定酒店各服务产品价格体系。
6.审定酒店的市场营销方案，不断开拓市场。
7.提高酒店的管理水平、服务质量。
