财务回报

  • Food and beverage stock is stored in relation to hotel procedures

  • 根据酒店的程序储存食物和酒水

  • Equipment is sorted and stored

  • Assemble and disassemble tables and chairs with care, minimizing damage to equipment and walls, including scratches, paint chippings, etc

  • 桌椅的安装与拆卸应小心翼翼,竟可能避免设施和墙体的损伤,包括刮痕和漆面脱落

  • Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information

  • To prepare all mise en place as directed by the Service Director, and ensure that this equipment is clean and polished, and correctly laid out to ensure a speedy set up. In the event that there is insufficient equipment you must inform the service Director.

  • To be familiar with all Banquet set up styles, that are used for functions in the Hotel. And be able to set up a function room accordingly.

  • To comply with all directions given by the VIP Service Director at all times.

  • 遵从贵宾总监的指导。

  • Follow manual lifting procedures at all times during the removal of banqueting equipment, reporting immediately to supervisor in the event of any damage such as strained muscles

  • 在宴会设施的移动中应遵守手工移动的程序,如有任何损害包括肌肉损伤应立即向你的上级汇报

  • Work efficiently with the Banquet team to deliver room set ups in accordance with client’s expectations

  • Report all incidents requiring maintenance to your Manager

  • Performs related duties and special projects as assigned

  • To give efficient and friendly service to the guest during functions held at the Hotel, complying with all established service and quality standards.

  • To be responsible for the actual set up of each function, being the placement of tables, chairs, stages, audio visual and any other equipment used for the function.

  • 负责每次活动的布置,布置桌子、椅子、舞台、视听设备和其他活动需要用的东西。

  • To ensure that all tables, chairs, linen and operating equipment used for this function is clean and polished.

  • To prepare all condiments to be used for the function, and ensure that condiments are fresh and free from contamination.

  • To ensure that there is sufficient fresh linen for the function, and make sure that all soiled lined is returned to the laundry to be washed. Taking care to note any linen exchange in the linen book.

  • To prepare all service equipment to be used for the function, ensuring that all equipment is clean and polished.
