1、会见客户,包括销售拜访，建立客户关系并记录客户意见；
2、根据酒店的规定提前制定系统的销售计划；
3、有效的收集客户的各项需求信息，负责为客人作相关计划和组织活动，负责对每位客户制定销售计划；
4、通过多种渠道积极收集销售资源；
5、积极收集客人的意见,包括积极的或是消极的意见；
6、管理维护酒店电脑系统资料,并对其实时更新；
7、对客户的资料进行分析,确保每位客户的信息准确；
8、对每天的销售活动制定有效的销售拜访报告；
9、协助市场销售总监准备周期性报告,支持销售活动和对市场的分析；
10、协助销售总监对新入职员工的培训；
11、带领销售经理对大客户的维护和拜访。
