Duties & Responsibilities：
职责义务：
Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local laws and company policies and standards.
监督并确保所有的招聘流程完全遵循并符合当地法律和公司的政策标准。
Assist colleagues with internal transfer requests and procedures.
协助员工完成内部调转的申请和程序。
Monitor and assist managers with hiring processes and issues.
监督并协助经理完成招聘程序以相关事宜。
Coordinate and conduct applicant reference checks, background checks in accordance with company procedures.
根据公司程序开展应聘者进行背景调查。
Maintain applicant flow, orientation and transfer request logs.
维护应聘者的引导，入职以及调动申请。
Communicate to all applicants receiving a job offer the necessary documentation required to bring on first day of employment in order to complete employment verification forms.
与应聘者沟通以确保其入职当天已备齐所有所需资料。
Create and maintain new hire files and enter them into HR Systems.
在人力资源管理系统中录入新入职员工个人资料并定期维护。
Create new colleague personnel file.
创建新入职员工人事档案。
Assist with onboard and orientation of new colleagues.
协助新入职员工熟悉报道流程和入职培训。
Train new hires on Human Resources processes, programs, policies, information systems, etc.
为新员工提供人力资源相关培训，包括人力资源程序、项目、政策、信息系统等。
Qualification：
任职资格：
Minimum 1 year experience with International Hotel Personnel Department.
至少一年国际品牌酒店人力资源工作。
Knowledgeable of Hotel personnel procedures & policies; strong in interpersonal skills.
熟悉酒店人力资源政策与规定，出色的人际关系。
国际联号工作经历：优先语言能力：英语-良好 中国普通话-精通计算机能力：熟练
