岗位职责
1.按照酒店既定标准，整理分配的客房。客房清洁应包括（但不仅局限于）整理床铺，房间及家俱擦尘，补充房间及卫生间用品，清洁卫生间及地毯吸尘。
2.在清洁房间的时候，确认所有配置状态完好、摆放有序，并随时向报告需要维修的项目。
3.清洁所分配客房区域附近的楼道及楼层公区，并随时维护设备及工作间的卫生。
4.楼层服务员应随时了解酒店所提供的产品及服务信息，以便能解答顾客提出的相关问题。
5.以温和有礼的方式回答所有顾客提出的问题及要求，必要时采取适当的措施，将需解决的问题转交至相关人员处理。可能会涉及到向顾客提供信息，递送额外物品，如毛巾，等等。
6.为了记录的目的及将来有可能会查阅的要求，服务员需在工作报表上清楚地填写相关信息。在班次结束前，向主管报告所有需特别注意的客人，异常状况和需跟进了解的事件，确保宾客满意及部门运转正常。
7.确认客房的实际房态，并向客房中心文员随时报告所发现的任何矛盾房。
8.向主管及客房中心文员即时报告宾客遗失物情况，并与文员协调何时将其送交至客房中心。
9.完成主管安排的其它工作。
