岗位职责：
1. 熟悉酒店情况及各项销售政策，有效回复宾客咨询问题；2. 负责酒店客房查、退房、开夜床等服务并及时做好房间分配工作，确保线上线下房态信息真实、准确。
3. 负责收集宾客意见建议，做好宾客投诉受理，并做好相关记录、及时反馈处理结果。
4. 负责宾客衣物洗涤的收、送及暂存服务。
5. 做好客房钥匙卡的收发、保管工作，并做好相关记录。
6. 按照工作流程要求记录、保管、处置宾客遗留物品。
7. 负责报送客房维修需求，并做好相关质量监督记录。
8. 服从管理并完成上级交办的其他工作任务。
任职要求：
1.形象气质佳、亲和力强，女士身高163cm及以上；2.有较强的主动服务意识、责任心，良好的沟通能力及团队协作精神；
3.全日制大专及以上学历，酒店管理、英语、旅游等相关专业或本科及以上学历者优先考虑。
语言能力：英语-一般 中国普通话-熟练计算机能力：良好年龄要求：22-35岁
