岗位职责：
1. 制定与餐饮相关的制度和标准。
2. 建立标准的餐饮销售，趋势和目录。
3. 负责实现营业收入指标和利润指标。
4. 确保优质食品和服务使客人满意。
5. 确保所有员工接受培训，态度正确，友好和遵守纪律。
6. 指定餐饮促销活动，使营业收益最大化。
7. 分析市场趋势，及时调整策略，程序和客户涵盖范围以实现计划目标。
岗位要求：
1. 至少10年以上餐饮服务和酒水工作经验，有国际品牌酒店同等职位工作经验。
2. 熟悉餐厅营运管理，具有丰富的食品及酒水知识。
3. 具有较强交际能力和营销能力。
4. 具有较强领导力、组织协调能力和突发事件解决能力。
5. 逻辑思维清晰，语言表达能力强，始终保持专业形象。
6. 通晓中、西餐烹饪知识包括食品准备及原材料加工、烹饪制作知识等。
计算机能力：良好年龄要求：35-45岁
