岗位职责
一、招聘工作：
1、负责招聘渠道的开发、发布，管理招聘信息，对简历进行筛选、组织面试，负责员工入职与招聘相关的手续办理。
2、完善并监督执行公司部门人员需求的制度，并根据需求进行调整、修改。
3、协助各部门负责人制定员工招聘计划，编制公司年度招聘计划表，组织开展招聘实施并按时完成。
4、分析各岗位招聘周期，核算招聘成本，定期对招聘渠道进行评估，提交分析报告。
5、负责校园招聘工作的开展，在保证质量的前提下，开发更多对口专业院校。
6、建立公司后备人才库，为公司拓展做储备。
7、负责建立、维护与劳务公司等性质的用工合作关系。
二、培训工作：
1、进行部门培训计划调研，了解部门培训计划的现状和需求状况。
2、安排或联系培训场地和讲师，以及组织人员参与培训。
3、收集培训需求、制定培训计划，控制培训成本。
4、建立员工培训档案，为用人及晋升提供依据。
5、负责新员工入职培训。
任职资格：
1、大专以上学历，2年以上酒店相关工作经验。
2、熟悉招聘工具、渠道，有校招资源优先。
3、熟悉酒店的服务流程与标准。
4、良好的沟通能力，较强的工作执行力，领悟能力强。
语言能力：英语-一般计算机能力：良好年龄要求：25-40岁
