岗位职责：
1、做好上班后的餐厅准备工作，积极检查备用餐具是否齐全，餐台上器皿及需用品是否整洁和齐备；
2、工作时做到口勤、眼勤、手勤和脚勤，并及时了解客人心态，需求，为顾客提供服务；
3、要有牢固的业务操作知识，掌握及懂得客人需要的每份食物酒水用餐规律；
4、接待顾客应主动、热情、礼貌、耐心、周到，使顾客有宾至如归之感；
5、善于向顾客介绍和推销本餐厅酒水及特色菜点；
6、有较强的工作责任心，有独立处理事务的能力；
7、配合经理工作，服从经理或以上领导指挥，团结及善于帮助同事工作；
8、完成上级布置的其他任务。
任职资格：
1、品貌端正，2年以及上餐厅工作经验；
2、踏实肯干，勤奋好学；
3、沟通能力强，领悟力佳。
