岗位职责：
1、协助上级开展客房服务管理工作，检查服务员各项工作开展情况；
2、指导客房服务员、保洁员开展房务工作，检查卫生质量，确保房间卫生环境；
3、负责每天巡查客房，监督客房服务员、保洁员的工作情况，发现问题及时指导和纠正;
4、把控客房用品及清洁用品的消耗情况，确保各类物品在库房有适量的备用，负责出入库管理工作；
5、检查客房的维修保养事宜，安排客房的计划卫生清洁；
6、统筹服务员协助会所接待以及物资搬运工作：
7、负责退房房间门锁密码修改事宜：
8、完成上级临时安排的任务。

任职要求：
1、2年以上酒店客房管理工作经验：
2、良好的形象，良好的沟通协调处理能力，文案能力，熟练操作Office 办公软作：
3、有原则性，适当强势；
4、良好的执行力；
5、有成本控制意识及能力；
6、23-35岁，能适应中班工作。
