1.负责做好酒店各餐厅服务工作，落实各个时期的工作任务。
2.制定各餐厅服务工作规范及工作制度并确保实施。
3.协助餐饮部总监及经理制定各项餐饮推销计划与策略。
4.监督员工按照规范标准对客服务，对员工进行绩效评估，实施奖惩制度。
5.带领服务团队，做好VIP接待工作，不断提高VIP接待水平。
6.处理宾客的投诉，不断改善服务质量。
7.抓好设备设施的维修保养，严格物资管理制度，做好餐厅安全和防火工作。
8.根据季节差异、客源情况为厨房制定特色菜单提供建议。
9.制定培训计划并实施。
岗位要求
1.大专以上文化程度；3年以上同岗位工作经验；至少掌握一门外语。
2.精通餐饮业务知识及餐饮服务技巧；
3.具有较强的沟通协调能力、组织领导能力和培训能力；善于调动餐饮服务人员的积极性。
4.身体健康，形象端正，工作踏实。
