岗位职责：
1.负责酒店日常成本核算工作，包括食材、物料、人工等各项成本的归集与分配。
2.定期编制成本分析报表，监控成本变动情况，并提出优化建议。
3.审核采购订单、入库单及领料单，确保成本数据的准确性与完整性。
4.参与库存盘点工作，核对账实差异并跟进处理。
5.协助制定成本控制标准及流程，监督执行情况。
6.配合财务部门完成月度结账及年度审计工作。
7.完成及协助其他财务人员完成上级下达的任务。岗位要求：
1.具备基础的财务或会计知识，了解成本核算原理及方法;
2.熟练掌握酒店会计的基础理论及实际工作方面的知识。
3.熟练使用Excel等办公软件，能独立处理数据及制作报表。
4.工作细致认真，责任心强，具备良好的数据敏感度。
