Job Summary

职责概述

项目发展总监需要根据酒店集团的发展战略,协助发展副总裁并带领各区域发展经理完成集团的制定的发展目标;调动各方资源,完成保利酒店四大自有品牌及国际酒店品牌第三方管理输出的发展工作;同时需要完成酒店项目信息收集、业主需求提交并完成酒店管理合同的谈判及签署工作。

As Development Director of Poly hotel Development, this position will support the overall growth strategy in its effort to develop new hotels projects; through reporting to VP of Development and managing the development team to accomplish development objective including developing four poly self-owned brand and out-put third-party management. Responsible for collecting data, preparing and submitting owner applications. Prepares committee documents for all deals that need a further level of approval. 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. 根据酒管公司战略目标,带领发展团队发展信息渠道,评估目标市场,在所在区域内选择和发展符合硬件标准要求、具有良好市场前景、能够持续经营、业主信誉良好的酒店项目;

According to the company's strategic objectives, lead the development team and expand information channels and valuate target market, develop hotel projects in the region, that meet the requirements of hardware standards, with good market prospects, continue to operate and with good reputation of the owner;

2. 洞察目标市场酒店项目信息,了解酒店市场供给变化,具备较强的酒店项目开拓能力;

Have sensible insight into hotel project information and the change of hotel market supply in the target market region, with strong ability of hotel project development;

3. 懂得酒店行业经营测算、投资回报测算、酒店项目市场分析,为酒店项目前期功能定位研判及品牌选择提供建议,为业主创造最佳投资回报和资产价值;

With the knowledge of investment estimation and industry analysis, draft project proposal and offer suggestions of brand choosing for owner, to help them create the best return on investment and asset value.

4. 与潜在优质客户,投资人,业主保持良好的关系

Establish and maintain a strong network of contacts of potential owners, franchisees, partners and investors

5. 负责合作项目的合同洽谈,合同拟定及签约后期协助工作;

Be responsible for contract negotiation, contract drafting and assistance in the later stage;

6. 负责发展团队梯队建设及业务培训。

Be Responsible for team building and business training.


Requirement of Qualifications and Experience

资格与经历要求

1. 本科或以上学历,房地产及酒店管理相关专业优先考虑;

Bachelor degree and above,preferably majoring in real estate and hospitality;

2. 8年以上酒店发展、房地产开发发展或相关行业管理工作经验;

Experience in hotel development, real estate development or related industry management over 8 years;

3. 具备大量的商业地产资源、业主资源及人脉资源

Abundant resources of Commercial Real Estate, hotel owners and relevant contacts;

4. 具备良好的合同谈判能力,优秀的资源整合能力和业务推动能力;

Ability to negotiate management contract, integrate industrial resource and promote business.

5. 良好的电脑办公软件操作水平和英文读写能力;

Good English skill both in spoken and written. Familiar with the computer office software.

6. 具备良好的公关、协调和沟通能力.

Excellent communication and cooperation abilities.
