Job Summary

职责概述

负责全面统筹及运营保礼遇会员发展计划及电子商务业务。确保会员前后端系统及各自主线上渠道得以正常运营。结合线上线下各营销节点推出营销计划,为旗下酒店在准确的时间点收入最大化。利用保利体系内外部资源提高会员计划及自主线上渠道的曝光率及转化率。Responsible for overall planning and operation of the membership development plan and e-commerce business. Ensure the normal operation of the front and back end systems of members and the channels on their main lines. Combining with the online and offline marketing nodes to launch marketing plans in order to maximizing revenue for Poly Hotels at right timing. Use the internal and external resources of poly system to improve the exposure rate and conversion rate of member plans and independent online channels.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities


会员发展与平台管理:

Membership development and platform management:


1.   为了提升保利酒店的品牌价值和酒店收入最大化,负责开发并优化会员项目,包括积分兑换,不同会员级别的资格等等 。Responsible for developing and optimizing membership program including redemption, qualification of each membership level, etc. in order to increase the value of Poly Hotels brand and maximize revenue for the hotels.

2.    负责设置会员数据在中央数据库,设置会员信息输入的标准,提供培训,并确保会员信息是精准的。

Responsible to set up membership database in CRS and set up standard of key in member information and provide training to the properties to make sure the members information is accurate.

3.  设定会员注册指标,并下达到各个项目,作为项目关键指标考核之一。

Set up enrollment target for each property accordingly which as one of the KPO for the hotel to achieve.

4.    定期推出会员的以及季节性的促销推广信息,吸引更多新粉和鼓励会员再消费。

Regularly do promotion to members and seasonal promotion in order to attract new members and encourage members to be active.

5.每月统计各个项目的会员增加数量以及核对现有会员消费账单。

Every month summarize the new enrollment of each property and check the consumption of members to ensure the accuracy.

6.  推广微信商城,官网以及飞猪直营店的平台上的促销信息,做到全民销售,最大化交易额。

Plan and organize promotion on wechat shop, official website and Figgy Shop to urge all the employees in Poly hotels to sell in order to maximize revenue from the sales.

7.负责会员开发计划以及直营渠道上的线上促销执行,包括处理会员和客户的邮件和电话。

Responsible for the execution of membership development plan and online promotions via direct channels including handing the emails and phone calls from the members and customer.

8.和指定合作伙伴,供应商协调完成相关的会员以及线上营销的设置和运营,确保品牌标准和市场营销计划被落实。

Coordination with the assigned online partners and vendors to complete the setup of membership and online promotion program and the operation to ensure the brand standard and the sales & marketing plan is accomplished.



电子商务营销平台:

1. 官网:开发网站确保网站上的品牌,酒店,拓展,会员,招聘等信息准确完好的显示在网页上,并确保预订系统设置完好,让客人有流畅预订的网上体验。

Official Website: develop the website to ensure the content of brands, hotels, business development, membership, recruitment and etc. to be well displayed on the website appropriately and ensure the booking system is well set up for guest to have seamless booking experience.

2. 微信商城:建立线上自营微信平台包括页面设计及功能迭代方案制定;线上商城政策的制定与实施;线上商城合同类文件的撰写;线上商城培训文档的撰写;线上商城政策培训工作;线上自营渠道推广促销活动的策划及培训;线上商城外部资源合作洽谈与对接;优化和完善集团微信公众账号的内容及功能。

Wechat Shop: To establish online self-operated wechat platform which includes page design and function iteration scheme formulation. The formulation and implementation of online shopping mall policies. The writing of contract documents of online shopping mall. Preparation of online shopping mall training documents. Online shopping mall policy training. The planning and training of online self-supporting channel promotion and promotion activities. Online shopping mall external resources cooperation negotiation and docking. Formulate the annual overall and hotel operation indicators of the mall.

3. 和保利酒店的沟通互动:跟踪并检查各个项目指标的完成情况。每月商城账单制作。与各酒店市场推广及相关业务部门负责人保持密切沟通,并提出针对性建议与意见。

Interaction with Poly Hotels: Follow up and review the completion degree of each project index. Monthly billing production. Maintain close communication with the heads of hotel marketing and relevant business departments, and put forward targeted suggestions and opinions.

4. 与供应商的合作:与线上平台承运商管理团队有效率的沟通和洽谈从而实现商业目标。

Work with vendors: Communicate and negotiate with online platform vendors and the team efficient to achieve the business goal effectively.


Requirement of Qualifications and Experience

资格与经历要求

1、有高星级酒店会员忠诚计划工作经验。

Working experience in Loyalty Program of upper class hotels.

2、2年及以上会员营销管理经验,

At least 2 years of membership Operational management experience,

3、对会员营销平台的搭建和方案设计有深刻的认识和高角度的理解;

Have a deep understanding and high-level understanding of member marketing platform construction and scheme design;

4、熟悉会员营销,具备丰富的销售管理经验和良好的服务意识、善于组建管理营销团队;

Familiar with member marketing, rich experience in sales management and good service awareness, good at building management and marketing team;

5、商业敏感度高、洞察力强,具有全局观,有统筹能力和执行力,有结果导向意识。

High business sensitivity, strong insight, overall view, overall planning ability and execution ability, and result oriented consciousness.

6、较好的团队管理经验,善于组织、培训高效团队;

Good team management experience, good at organizing and training efficient team;

7、具有创新精神,能够洞察市场的变化发展,与时俱进。
