Essential Duties and Responsibilities
主要职责和责任
1.Establish and improve the group operation hotel brand standards and service system;
建立并完善集团运营酒店品牌标准及服务体系；
2.Establish and improve the internal management process and system of the group operation        department;
建立并完善集团运营部内部管理流程与制度；
3.Establish and improve the management process and system of the group and the hotel management team to create a smooth and efficient communication and technical support platform;
建立并完善集团运营部与酒店管理团队之间的管理流程与制度，创造顺畅高效的沟通与技术支持平台；
4.Make the reporting system under the requirements of the relevant operation management system;
制定相关运营管理制度要求下的汇报系统；
5.Responsible for the preparation of relevant reports, such as the annual working plan, the relevant department training requirements, according to the project situation and the company's development requirements;
 根据项目情况及公司发展要求，负责编制相关报告，如年度工作计划、相关部门培训要求；
6.Supervise the implementation of the group's operating standards, conduct regular inspection and review to ensure the quality of the hotel management and services in line with the requirements of the group;
监督旗下酒店执行集团运营标准，进行定期的检查及评审，确保旗下酒店管理及服务质量符合集团要求；
7. Maintain regular business consulting and communication between the general manager and the owner of the hotel, to understand the dynamic and supporting requirements of the hotel, and to maintain good communication mechanism;
保持与酒店总经理及业主代表之间定期的业务咨询沟通，及时了解酒店经营动态和支持需求，维护良好的沟通机制；
8. The development and implementation of best practice strategies, procedures and effective tools within hotels. Providing tangible support to the hotel operational teams that drive business and brand performance in the areas of operation management to ensure performance potential is maximized;
 在各酒店内进行最佳策略、程序和有效工具的开发和实施。为酒店的运营团队提供切实的支持，以推动企业和品牌在运营管理中的表现，以确保业绩潜力最大化；
9.Monitors and supports the effective implementation and application of corporate programs, tools and systems that maximize revenue opportunities, brand consistency and profit capacity;
监督并支持实施有效的企业计划、工具和系统，最大限度地提高各酒店收入，确保品牌的一致性和盈利能力；
10.Establish an efficient operation team, including sales, operations engineering, financial management and control, according to the company's development needs and the hotel business needs to provide professional technical support and management of the road;
建立高效的运营团队，包括销售、运营工程、财务的管控，根据公司发展需求和酒店经营需要提供专业的技术支持和管理之道；
11.Participate in the discussion of business development and construction projects, provide professional advice and suggestions to ensure that the project can meet the requirements of the group and the market development needs, to ensure the quality of the late operation;
参与商务发展洽谈项目及筹建项目的讨论，提供专业的意见和建议，保证后期签约项目能够符合集团运营要求和市场发展需求，确保后期运营质量；
12.Provide relevant professional reports for business development and construction projects;
为商务发展洽谈项目及筹建项目提供相关专业的报告；

Experience
经历
Usually more than 15 years of hotel business or related experience, operations background, in-depth with knowledge of hotel operations including F&B, Rooms, Quality, Human Resources and Marketing/Sales principles, with the effective leadership, communication and relation skills, excellent problem solving and organizational ability, strong influencing and negotiating and consensus-building skills.
