4.Minimum 2 years related working experience in hotel industry.

Key tasks:
1.Conducts daily recruitment jobs & planning.
2.Reviews labor turnover statistics and analyses reasons for leaving to identify trends.
3.Is knowledgeable of local competitors.
4.Uses visionary and creative recruitment resources to ensure a readily available pool of candidates at all times. 
5.Builds relationships with schools and colleges and actively promotes internship, MIT programs and part time opportunities to develop early relationships with students and provide a source of future candidates.
6.Proactively interviews potential applicants and maintains regular contact for future opportunities.
7.Networks seeking referrals from industry contacts and applicants to generate future applications.
