Responsibilities 
· Act as the Ambassador of Mission Hills by maintaining the effective guest relations through personal recognition & excellent service;
· Follow up every step since the guests’ entry to the Hotel till their leaving;
· Cooperate and coordinate with other departments’ heads and outside contractors to ensure excellent service delivery, targeting all possible guests’ needs, react promptly to all guests’ needs;
· Offer information about entertainment and shopping possibilities within and outside Mission Hills;
· Promote Mission Hills and engage in the packages/membership sales, take part in the Hotel's propaganda work and package promotion by sending periodical e-mails with MH promotions/ events / in – house facilities / outlets;
· Follow up with the collected guests’ feedbacks, suggestions and needs, make reports and provide practicable solutions accordingly;
· Ensure the handling of guests’ complaints and follow up with corrective action;
· Carry out departmental language training including schedule setup and material preparation;
· Assist other daily operation in F.O. department;
· Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements 
·	B.A. Degree or above in Hospitality & Tourism Management with at least 1 year working experience in Front Office; 
·	Service mind-set; 
·	Ability to handle multi-task under pressure & deal with emergencies; 
·	Must be patient, dynamic and eager to learn in work; 
·	Good communication skills & interpersonal skills; 
·	Self-disciplined, team-work spirit & sense of responsibility; 
·	Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint); 
·	Fluent English is a must; Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Japanese or Spanish will be a plus.
