岗位职责:1、协助总工程师进行酒店管理集团工程运营管理工作；
2、建立健全酒店管理集团的工程运营管理体系并监督实施，对各成员酒店工程运营管理进行指导、检查、评审；
4、负责新开业酒店工程筹备管理和规范新酒店项目工程建设档案资料；
5、 定期巡查和处理各酒店工程运营发生的各种重要事项，并组织整改预防措施及技术支持；
6、负责审核各酒店工程运营费用预算审核，控制经营能耗预算及设施设备维护保养预算；
7、 参与公司质量管理工作，监管酒店工程硬件质量标准的建立与执行，对各运营酒店工程质量的工作进行全面指导、调整、监督。
任职资格:1、工程管理、机电等相关专业本科或以上学历；
2、8年及以上高星级酒店工程管理经验；5年以上工程部经理或工程总监工作经历；有国际品牌酒店及管理公司工程管理工作经验和英语流利优先；
3、熟悉星级酒店工程管理流程，具备较强的工程管理能力及文字表达能力；
4、熟练计算机常用办公软件的使用；
5、具有良好的职业操守及团队精神，性格开朗，具有清晰的工作思路，善于沟通交流及协调；
6、熟悉相关工程质量、安全等相关法律法规及施工技术规范；
7、具有较强的组织协调能力和酒店工程运营管控能力，卓越的人员管理能力；
