工作职责：
1、拜访有业务潜力的客户，发掘新客户，同时定期宴请客户，并通过邀请。2、 针对主要商务客户和其他类型客户，计划和组织销售拜访活动，按照实际情况提供适当的优惠条件。
3、 不断向同行竞争者收集市场信息等资料，与上级协商后作出相应的措施；4、 向客人提供酒店发展的最新信息，对于客户所提出的需求给予适当的回复；5、跟进贵宾、商务会议团、旅行团入住酒店期间的工作，做好酒店重要客户的接待工作；
6、 协调与各部门的工作关系，为客户提供高档次的服务；树立酒店良好的企业形象，与旅游业订房中心人员建立良好关系；
7、 每日总结上交销售拜访报告，建立客户和其它有关数据的资料库；
8、 维护酒店的利益，严格遵守酒店的销售和运作规程；
9、协助处理办公室日常工作，完成上级安排的其它工作；
任职资格：
1、形象良好，端庄大方，具有强烈的事业心，能承受一定的工作压力。
2、具有大专以上学历，2年以上酒店行业销售经验，拥有商务公司、旅行社等资源者优先考虑。
3、具备优秀的销售能力和良好的沟通协调能力,办公软件熟练。
