1.工程部技工的职责范围是在工程部总体管理运营下，及时有效的完成每天工作任务。
This position is responsible for the overall scope of the incumbent is to ensure all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve overall objectives of this position.
2.为其他员工提供技术培训指导。
Train and instruct other members of the staff.
3.维修或调试各种电气设备、制冷暖通设备及装饰装潢用品。
Repair and / or adjust all types of electrical and HVAC equipment and cosmetic items.
4.提出合理性建议并找出更好使用能源的办法。
Look for ways to conserve energy and report any ideas to the Engineering Management.
5.有能力处理紧急情况并保护我们的客人和员工及酒店的设施设备。并在最短时间内使其恢复正常运行状态。在遇到紧急情况时第一时间通知工程部管理团队。
Emergencies – be available for any emergencies and act in an engineering capacity to protect our guest and employees, and preserve the building and its systems during the emergency.  To act as quickly and responsibly as possible to return the building to its normal operating status.  Inform Engineering Management of any such emergencies.
6.优化维修成本。
Optimise maintenance costs.
7.事故安全预防。
Accident prevention and safety.
8.遵守凯宾斯基就团所有规章制度。
Comply with all Kempinski company policies.
9.额外的工作职责及工作任务可根据酒店实际需要添加。
Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.
