1. Assigns schedules and supervises all production in all kitchen areas.

10. Food cost control: 成本控制：
 
1) Responsible for quality of food, food handling personnel and professional work procedures.负责食品质量，操作和专业的工作程序。

3) Checks inventories for proper storage and rotation of food stuff.检查库存确保食品周转
