Main Responsibilities 主要责任
1、Implement the instruction from Director of Sales & Marketing, and be responsible for and report to DOS&M.
执行市场营销部总监的工作指令,并对其负责和报告工作。
2、The Communications Manager performs her duties within the framework defined by the chain, hotel norms and by internal rules and regulations.
在酒店关系网和酒店级别范围内及内部规定的范围内,行使自己的职责。
3、Work closely with Head office and communicate effectively for most update information regarding PR/publication matters.
与集团机构紧密合作,与新近发生的公关、公众信息紧密有效地相结合。
4、Make sure all productions and design to meet with Hotel Standard and present Hotel corporate identity
确保所有的印刷品与设计符合酒店的标准,并树立酒店的企业形象。
5、Provide supervision of job functions assigned to staff members and check the effectiveness to each staff when completed.
6、Conduct Public Relations, communication / advertising programs.
处理公共关系,交流、广告程序。
7、Establish media relationship and networking.
建立并确定与媒体的网络关系。
8、Maintain regular schedules for press visits and visits to clients.
保持定期拜访新闻界和客户。
9、Execute liaison and supervise all advertisements production; spelling check, contract write-up, accounts sentiment coordination.
执行联络广告运作,检查拼写,起草合同,协调与客户的关系。
10、Responsible for distribution of English and Mandarin press releases to both local and regional magazines and newspapers.
有责任在国内、外报纸刊物上发表中、英文文章。
11、Be in charge of design/production/articles/press releases/publications.
负责设计、出品、撰文、新闻发布、出版。
12、Source PR/Advertising agencies, printers etc, negotiate price and quotations.
寻找广告设计、印刷等机构,商讨价格和报价。
13、Organize/administrate/manage promotional events.
组织、管理、运作促销活动。
14、 production of hotel's newsletter
制作酒店实事通讯。
15、Assist the management in any internal/external communication needs.
帮助满足管理层内外部信息交流的需要。
16、Conduct jobs assigned by Director of Sales and Marketing.
执行市场销售总监分派的任务。
17、The Public Relation Manager keeps herself well informed about the product (lodging, catering and other facilities).密切关注酒店情况(住宿、饮食及设施)。
18、Closely coordinate social events and promotional events in the hotel.紧密协调在酒店举行的社交与促销活动。
19、Must be familiar with the operation and application of the hotel computer system especially print out of V.I.P. guest listings.熟悉酒店电脑系统运作,尤其要打印出重要客人名单。
20、Closely observe matters pertaining to PR activities of the hotel and other hotels (competitors) on a regular basis.
关注涉及本酒店和其它酒店(竞争酒店)的公关活动。
21、Ensure the utilization of in-house software especially the “sales and catering”, use it efficiently and maintain its application
