General Mission 职责概述
The Sales Coordinator's mission is toprimarily promote the hotel and where possible, hotels belonging to the chainin his/her area/region. This position isaccountable for booking individual and/or group business on an established baseof the top producing key accounts and for managing / converting high potentialkey prospects.
销售协调员的任务主要是在当地区域大力推广本酒店及集团内部的其他酒店,该职位负责个人预定与商务团队,以主要客户为基础,不断挖掘潜在客户成为主要客户。
Main Responsibilities 主要责任
1. Identify the products.
了解认识产品。
2. Find prospective sources of customers andreport to Senior Sales Manager or DSOM timely.
发现潜在的客源并及时报告给高级销售经理或市场销售总监。
3. Assist the Sales Managers and Executives in organizing thefiling system of the Division / Department / Section.
协助销售经理及销售代表建立分类存档系统。
4. Organize the recording system for incoming telephone calls andleave message to concerned sales personnel.
记录打入的电话并记录留言给相关销售人员。
5. Handle all typing work required by Sales personnel.
处理销售人员交办的打字任务。
6. Prepare Standard Sales Kits andpromotional material on daily basis
负责每日检查并准备足够的成套销售资料。
7. Handle all daily matters relating tosales operation.
处理销售过程中的日常事件。
8. Proceed daily sales telemarketingrequired by Senior Sales Manager as to develop and identify potential accounts whiledistributing hotel promotions and special events.
根据高级销售经理的要求进行每日的电话销售拜访以发现并确认有潜力的新客户同时推广酒店的各种促销活动。
9. Ensure updating and filing all relevantcorrespondence such as reservation, quotations, etc.
确保更新和存档相关的通信,比如预订和报价。
10. Assist sales personnel in following uptelephone and written enquiries timely.
协助销售人员及时回复电话和书面询问。
11. Obtain competitor’s marketinginformation and report to Senior Sales Manager.
获得竞争对手的市场信息并报告给高级销售经理。
12. Keep clients advised of latestinformation regarding hotel’s development and programs.
记录客户对于酒店发展的建议和最新的信息。
13. Keep himself/herself well informedabout the operations especially in key departments (Front Office, Housekeeping,F&B, Banqueting etc.).
注意酒店尤其是主要部门的运作(前厅部、客房部、餐饮部、宴会厅等)。
14. Closely observe matters pertaining tocompetition (sites, prices, services offered on a regular basis - quarterly ormore often if need be).
密切关注涉及竞争的事宜(位置、常规价格、服务-偶然或经常需要的)。
15. Promote the hotel as often as possiblethrough conducting site inspections, and presentations etc. of the hotel.
通过带领客户参观酒店、展示酒店设施等方式积极的推销酒店的各项产品。
16. At all time promote a positive image ofthe hotel in all forms of contact.
在随时随地可有发生的联系中提高酒店的正面形象。
17. Develop & foster close and positiverapport with the public, guests, clients and members of the trade.
鼓励和发展同公众、旅客、客户以及商界人士之间的积极紧密关系。
18. The Sales Coordinator maintains andensures the smooth running operation of all his/her accounts within theCommercial Section.
保证所有客户在商业范围内业务运作顺利。
19. The Sales Coordinator is familiar withthe operation and application of the hotel's computer / data processing system.
熟悉酒店电脑及数据系统的运作和应用程序。
20. Ensure the utilization of in-housesoftware especially the “sales and catering”, use it efficiently and maintainits application
