 职位描述 Job description
1.编制收入报告，然后分发给餐厅经理和管理层。
Keys revenue journal and distributes to Outlet Mangers and management
2.管理酒店所有发票和定金收据，确保其使用的连贯性，登记所有已使用发票和定金收据，被取消的发票和定金收据均记录在案。
Controls all hotel invoice and deposit receipt, maintaining correct sequence used at all times, accounting for all used invoice & deposit receipt and making sure canceled invoice are recorded accordingly.
3.确保所有折扣和杂费项目均附有相关单据列明具体收费项目。所有折扣应遵循财务制度。折扣，杂费及垫付款项应备有总结清单，每天提交给财务总监.
Ensures all rebates and miscellaneous charges are supported by documentation detailing the charges.  All rebate credits must be in accordance with Finance Policy.  The rebate credits, miscellaneous charges and paid outs must be summarized and sent to the Director of Finance & Business Support for review daily
4.对所有涉及优惠券，证书和凭单的活动均应妥善管理，施行安全措施。
Ensures that programs involving coupons, certificates, and vouchers are adequately controlled and safeguards are in place
5.审核每日总出纳的汇总表与存款单是否一致。
Audits daily collection of the General Cashiers Summary against the bank in slip
6.审查核对预付款项，确保付款到位。
Audits and reconciles advance payments and ensures payments have been applied
7.与总出纳一起定期检查备用金总额，并保存各餐厅收款机记录。
Works with General Cashier to check all float totals regularly and keeps control on registers in outlets
8.核对每日收入是否与备份相符。
Reconciles revenues on a daily basis via back up page 
9.按管理层要求和安排执行各种特殊项目。
Performs various special projects as requested and assigned by management
10.必要时参与其它部门的盘点和月末封账工作。
Participate in other department stock-takes and month end close as appropriate 

任职要求 Qualifications
1.具有会计或相关领域的职业证书。
Vocational Certificate in Accounting or related field. 
2.1年会计文员，前台或应收帐职位或类似职位的工作经验；或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景 
1 years experience in an accounting clerical, front office, or accounts receivable position, or similar; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
