Aboutthe job
Based atthe Mandarin Oriental Pudong, Shanghai within the Front Office Department, The In-RoomDining Captain reports to the In-Room Dining Manager.
As In-Room Dining Captain youwill be responsible for the following duties: 
The In-Room DiningCaptain will work with the waiters to ensure the highest level of guestsatisfaction through the accurate and timely delivery of all orders andamenities received per the Order Taker.  To provide back up for theManager and Assistant Manager, take responsibility for supervising andcoordinating the daily In-Room Dining activities and maintaining the higheststandard of service established by the hotel.
As In-Room Dining Captain we expect fromyou: 
Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a luxury establishment
Have a keen interest in food and the culinary ambitions of theestablishment.
Willing to work a flexible schedule and holidays.
Work in a safe, prudent and organized manner
Have an in-depth knowledge of food and preparation
Have a good knowledge of wine and beverages
Be able to relate to all levels of guests and management
Have the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
Have excellent communication and organization skills
Be able to consistently delight and satisfy our guest
Have the ability to handle guest requests in a detailed manner
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English and local language
Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Have mathematical skills, computer software aptitude (as required) andsome hotel operation knowledge
Actively looking to be ‘Best in class’
Actively looking to use the career development within MOHG
Desire to understand and research competition
Committed to improvement and knowledge of hospitality outside work.
Multi-lingual
Knowledge of specific hospitality industry applications is desirable.

工作地点位于上海浦东文华东方酒店，在餐饮服务部，送餐部领班向 送餐部经理汇报。
作为送餐部领班，您将负责以下职责：
送餐部领班和服务员一起工作通过接单员从客人这里接受到的点单正确和及时的提供给客人以确保达到客人最高满意度。支持经理和副经理和主管的工作，对监督和协调每日客房用餐和维持酒店制定的最高服务标准。
作为送餐部领班，我们对您的期望：
在相关餐饮方面至少有2年工作经历
对食品和烹饪有着浓厚的兴趣
愿意在弹性时间和假期期间工作

对食物和准备方面有深厚的知识
