Scope of Position
Oversee all matters relating to digital marketing for the hotel. Promote the brand of Mandarin Oriental to the Chinese and international media and consumers through positive publicity, suitable social media content and appropriate awareness campaigns.
Requirements
University education with a bachelor degree and above 
Minimum 3 years working experience with at least 2 years of Public Relations or Marketing Services experience 
Experience in writing skills – copy writing or press release creation
Experience in dealing with a multi-cultural environment
Very people oriented
Strong background in customer service orientation
A computer literate
Fluent in English               
Degree in communication management or advertising desirable but not required 
Asian hospitality experience
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills in all aspects: verbal, written and non-verbal
Strong creativity
Approachable, open-minded and fair
