熟悉消防、急救及各类应急预案，安全规范操作设备；及时排除、上报安全隐患并通报安保部，按要求记录安全事件与事故。
Be familiar with fire, first-aid and emergency procedures; operate equipment safely; identify, correct and report hazards to Security; log incidents per hotel requirements.
保障酒店人员人身与财产安全，做好客史档案及商业信息保密工作。
Ensure the safety of people and property in the hotel; safeguard guest records and confidential business information.
