1、协助店长统筹门店日常运营管理工作，保障酒店各项工作有序开展。
Assist the store manager in overall daily operation management and ensure the orderly operation of all hotel work.2、配合前厅、客房、后勤等各部门工作，协调解决日常运营问题。
Cooperate with front office, housekeeping, logistics and other departments to coordinate and solve daily operational problems.3、监督门店服务标准、卫生规范落地，维护酒店服务品质与环境整洁。
Supervise the implementation of hotel service and hygiene standards to maintain service quality and a clean environment.4、协助处理宾客咨询、投诉及特殊需求，保障客人入住体验。
Assist in handling guest inquiries, complaints and special requests to ensure a good guest stay experience.5、跟进门店日常台账、数据统计，整理各类工作资料与报表。
Follow up on daily records and data statistics, and sort out various work documents and reports.6、协助店长开展员工日常管理，配合完成排班、考勤核对工作。
Assist the store manager in daily staff management, including scheduling and attendance checking.7、落实酒店各项规章制度，督促员工规范上岗操作。
Implement hotel rules and regulations, and supervise staff to work in accordance with standard operating procedures.8、负责门店物资、耗材的盘点与管控，避免资源浪费。
Take charge of inventory and management of hotel supplies and consumables to avoid resource waste.9、配合完成酒店审计、检查等专项工作，提前整理备审资料。
Cooperate with hotel audits and inspections, and prepare relevant documents in advance.10、完成店长交办的其他临时工作及各项突发事务。
Complete other temporary and emergency tasks assigned by the store manager.

任职资质 | Job Qualifications1、语言要求：熟练掌握韩语，可独立对接韩国客人及韩语沟通工作。
Language requirement: Proficient in Korean, able to communicate with Korean guests independently.2、岗位要求：了解酒店基本工作流程，有良好的服务意识与沟通能力。
Job requirement: Familiar with basic hotel workflow with good service and communication skills.3、基本素养：工作认真负责，服从管理，会基础电脑办公操作。
Basic quality: Hard-working, obedient to management, proficient in basic computer office skills.
