1、准时到岗，接受领班的任务分配。
2、负责开餐前的准备工作，按照规格要求，布置餐厅和餐桌、摆台 及补充各种物品。
3、按照餐厅规定的服务标准和程序做好对客服务工作，主动征询客 人对菜肴和服务的意见，接受客人的投诉并及时向餐厅领班汇 报。 积极参加餐厅和餐饮部组织的各种培训活动，不断提高服务 技能技巧。
4、负责餐厅环境、家具、台面、地面的整洁和清洁卫生工作。
5、当班结束后，与下一班做好交接工作，营业结束后，做好收尾工 作。
6、遵守饭店的各种规章制度。完成上级布置的其他各项工作。
