（一）岗位职责：
1、教授课程：顶级西餐/中餐服务；酒水应用服务；2、教授课程：餐饮成本控制；菜单工程，风味餐厅选修。
（二）任职标准：
1、本科以上学历，具有六年以上品牌级酒店高档餐厅服务和管理经验，熟知高档餐饮服务；2、硕士以上学历，三年以上餐饮管理经验。了解相关餐饮服务与管理经验；
3、积极主动，有很好的沟通、协调、适应能力；
4、能熟练使用电脑及办公软件；
5、认同国际化工作标准与流程。
