Duties
-Support the Director of Food & Beverage to improve the profitability of every outlet
-Optimise the profitability of every outlet
-Analyse market trends and make suggestions based on latest market and industry trends
-Assist in maintaining a high standard of service
-In partnership with the Director of Food & Beverage you will have responsibility for the branding, revenue and management of Food & -Beverage colleagues
-To be accountable for external contracts such as suppliers, performers etc.
-Lead the Food & Beverage team to provide the highest standard of  service

Requirements
-Has a passion for Food & Beverage
-Enjoys interacting with people
-Has high proficiency in both written and spoken English
-Enjoys presenting to the senior management team
-Must have experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel environment
-Leads by example
-A friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
-Creative with an eye for detail
-Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends
-Upholds professional values, ethics and integrity at all times 
-Thinks out of the box
-Enjoys being challenged
-Willing to work shifts
