To supervise the Event Executive and Event Coordinator. 监督和指导宴会统筹专员和协调员的工作。
To ensure the Event Office administration is properly adhere to. 确保宴会统筹部的工作顺利进行。
- To issue instructions for functions to all department via the event order, this well in advance. The event orders should be proof read and signed by Sr. Event Manager. 将宴会单给宴会统筹经理审核并签字后发到各个部门。
- To issue instruction for sleeping rooms requirements to all department related via the cover sheet and rooming list. 将房间预订单和房间名单发到各个部门
- To assist in the work of Event Executive and train the Event Coordinator who prepares and distributes instructions and other correspondence. 帮助和训练宴会统筹专员和协调员去准备和分发宴会预订单和其他的文件。
- To supervise the preparation of arrangements of the concerned function to ensure everything is in order. 指导和监督会议准备，安排及将所有的信息写在宴会预订单上。
- To liaise with Front Office, Banquet Service, Beverage Manager, Kitchen, Stewarding, Engineering, Communications and Musicians (or other) prior to the function via Group and/or Catering Resumes to ensure instructions are understood and everything is in order. 和前台，宴会服务部，酒吧经理，厨房，管事部，工程部，公关部及其他相关部门保持良好的沟通和联系以确保他们能收到和明白宴会单上的事项。
