岗位职责：
1、在顾客面前随时保持整洁友好愉快的形象
2、 做好开餐前的准备工作，摆正、清理好咨客台，并备好干净的菜牌及食品
3、 负责接收顾客的预定，包括电话预定和当面预定
4、顾客到店后，迎接问候顾客，并将其领入座位，并合理安排座位
5、 和顾客交谈，回答顾客提出的问题，包括本酒店的特殊活动和菜单等
6、 记住所有顾客和常客的姓名。当客人再次光临时热情招呼
7、 负责了解餐厅到客情况，以便随随机应变的安排
8、 熟悉菜单和饮料单，为就餐的客人递送餐单。
9、 对用餐人数、桌数等业务情况做好书面记录，以便参详，将菜单放入指定地点并保管好
任职要求：
1、形象良好，至少一年以上同职位五星级酒店工作经验
2、能够在快节奏的环境中按时完成各项任务
