Position Summary职位概述
Supervises work activities ofPublic Area Attendants, in both the hotel and garden.
Ensure allpublic areas, inside and outside including all gardens and indoor plants, restaurants,ballrooms, bathrooms, offices and back-of-the-house areas are maintained inspotless condition.
管理公区员工的工作。包括酒店和花园。确保所有公共区域,室内和室外、花园、餐厅、宴会厅、洗手间、办公室和酒店后台区域清洁,没有污迹。
1. Distributesall work assignments to Public Area Attendants.
将所有工作分配给服务员。
2. Ensure thatall equipment is kept in clean working condition.
确保所有设备保持良好状态。
3. Schedulesstaff as required.
按工作需求安排员工上班。
4. Handles anyand all cleaning emergencies.
处理所有清洁方面紧急事件。
5. Liaisonswith Housekeeping, Engineering and other departments to ensure any and all problems are communicated.
与客房部、工程部、和其它部门合作以确保所有问题都得到沟通和处理。
6. Communicateswith assistant Housekeeper daily.
每日与副管家会面交流。
7. Keeps workarea clean and tidy.
保证工作区域干净整洁。
8. Co-ordinateswith other departments any work necessary to maintain the efficient andeffective operation of the Hotel.
与其它部门合作完成任何必要的工作以确保酒店的有效运作。
9. Reports anysuspicious person to Security Department immediately.
及时向保卫部报告可疑人物。
10. Ensure personalappearance and hygiene is in accordance with Hilton policy.
确保个人仪表、仪容符合希尔顿酒店要求。
11. Carries out supervisoryresponsibilities in accordance with the hotel policies and applicable laws.Responsibilities include training employees, planning, assigning and directingwork, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressingcomplaints and resolving problems. Conducts employee evaluation and monthlyCommunication Meeting. Keeps up with current trends in Housekeeping.
按照管理原则和适用法律行使管理职责。其职责包括:培训员工、作计划、指导工作、表扬或处分员工、处理投诉并解决问题。进行员工评估和每月交流会议,了解与客房有关的最新信息和知识。
12. Ensurethe flowers and plants in good conditions, report to Executive Housekeeper iffind any problems and inform the supplier to change it in time.
负责鲜花和植物的状态良好,如需更换,报告行政管家通知花房更换。
13. Ensurethe PA storeroom is clean and that chemicals and tools are prepared well.
确保PA仓库干净整洁, 清洁用品和工具充足。
14 . Check PAteammember’s grooming, personal hygiene and appearance.
检查公共区域员工的仪表,个人卫生和形象。
15. Assist with teammember training and development.
协助进行员工的培训和发展。
16. Carries out anyother reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
完成任何其他合理的职责和被指派的职责。
