Under the general guidance and supervision of the Commerce Director and in keeping with the delegation of authority,oversees day to day Sales efforts of Senior Sales Managers, Sales Managers,Sales Executives, with specific responsibilities for directing sales, training,and implementing action plans set forth in the Marketing Plan. To grow the marketshare of the hotel business volume through the development of room and banquetsales in achieving set annual targets. To develop a solid sales pipeline andsystematic prospecting program. To manage the Sales and Marketing Department toachieve maximum occupancy and revenue.
