This position isconcerned with assisting the IS department in its daily operations as well asuser and guest support.

协助信息系统部门日常运作,用户和顾客.

· To assist incompleting the maintenance task for the Front Office, Back Office, and Microssystems.

协助完成前厅，后台和微软系统维护工作

· To solve technicalor operational problems as reported by users.

根据用户报告，解决技术和运作问题。

· To assist in themaintenance of hardware.

协助硬件的维护。

· To train the useron PC applications.

培训使用者进行PC申请。

· To take directionfrom the Information Systems Manager as it relates to the operation of computertechnology hardware and software.

就电脑技术硬件和软件运作，听从信息系统经理安排。

·The managementreserves the right to change / extend this job description if necessary at anypoint of time during her / his employment.

· To ensure that allcomputer technology equipment runs with minimum or no down time.

确保所有电脑技术设备运营最小故障或无故障.

· To ensure that allsoftware runs with no output errors, no response time problems and according tospecifications.

确保所有软件运营无输出错误,无时间问题,并与具体要求一致.

· To solve technicalor operational problems as reported by the users.

解决用户提出的技术和运营问题.

· To do the hardwaremaintenance on PC equipments. To monitor all computer technology contracts andsupervise the activities of outside maintenance personnel when they come to thehotel.

对PC设备进行硬件维护.管理所有电脑技术合同.监督外来人员的维护情况.

· To learn theapplication packages and implement into the system.

学习应用系统套餐并执行到系统中.
