1.To conduct, under the guidance of the DFB such functions as employee orientation, coaching, counselling, motivating to ensure appropriate staffing and maximum productivity of the entire western operation;
2.Ensure that outlets (western section) are ready well on time and for any special events one hour prior the scheduled starting time;
3.To be “on the floor” during peak hours, constantly doing rounds, checking on business and service standards and supporting all areas where the need arises;
4.Keeping friendly guest relations, greeting and assisting guests whenever needed;
5.To assist the F&B Director in conducting of staff evaluation;
6.To co-ordinate all activities between the kitchen and the service and to consult the Executive Chef on a day to day basis;
7.To attend and contribute the outlet’s service briefings as much as possible.
1.At least 3 years F&B experience in the same position at an international hotel with 4* and 5* standard;
2.Excellent English skills;
3.Computer skills (Word, Excel);
4.Excellent leadership and communication skills.
