Ensure Front Office ambassadors’ deployment appropriate for business volume.
根据业务需要，合理安排恰当的大使当值人数。
Ensure all ambassadors are performing the assigned tasks adhere to the standards.
确保所有大使坚持品牌标准来执行所安排的工作任务。
Ensure that he is aware of all events during the previous shift by going through the Logbook upon arrival.
上班时仔细阅读交接本，对上一班次中发生的所有事件了如指掌。
Maintain a detail record of all incidents (guest or ambassadors) and other relevant events in the Logbook. Where discretion is required, reports directly to Front Office Manager.
将当班期间所发生的所有大使和客人事件详细记入交接本，需谨慎的问题要及时向前厅部经理汇报。
Maintain recording all guests’ feedbacks and take remedial action to resolve problems.
将所有客人的反馈做好记录，对出现的问题第一时间采取补救措施、解决问题。
Attends meetings as required by Front Office Manager.
参加前厅部经理要求的所有会议。
Ensures there is a healthy and strong communication link between the various Front Office sections with other departments.
确保前厅部各小分部和酒店其他部门之间良好、有效的进行沟通。
Ensures briefings and shift hand-over are carried out in a professional and regular manner.
确保每天例会和交接都能专业、有效的进行。
