This position is concerned with supervising and coordinating the guests requirements during banquet functions and the general operations of the Banquet floor, commanding directly Banquet Waiters, supervising and coordinating their work.
宴会中协调和监督整个宴会的运作。指挥、监督、协调宴会服务员工作。
To assist and direct the service staff with direct service to the guest, ensuring that the service standards are maintained and that guest satisfaction is kept at a high level.
直接服务客人，确保高质量的服务，让客人满意。
To ensure that good harmony exists amongst the staff at all times, and report any problem situations to the F&B Manager
确保和员工很好的工作协调，并给餐饮经理报告问题情况。
To evaluate with the F&B Manager each event order received, as to function types, set up time and style, F&B requirements, audio visual requirements, manning and additional equipment needs, services and requests. And action accordingly a set up plan for each function, to ensure a smooth setup and running of the event.
和餐饮经理估计收到的宴会单，如会议类型，摆台时间和风格，餐食要求，音响设备，人员分配和器材需要，特别的服务和请求。并计划每个会议的摆台，以保证宴会顺利进行。
To check each room on a daily basis, to ensure that all set ups are completed within the required time, and that all set ups are as per the standards as laid down in the Banquet Service Policy.
每天检查场地，确认所有准备工作在规定时间内完成，所有的摆设符合宴会标准。
To write up daily requisition for all condiments and supplies, and hand them to the  F&B Director for approval.
填写库房领货单，送餐饮总监批准。
To be responsible for the protection of all operating equipment, ensuring that all equipment is clean, properly handled and stored at all times.
有责任保护所有的运作设备，并随时保持设备的清洁和正确的存放。
To follow up that all guests receive every attention.
迎接所有客人并表示关心。
To follow up with Engineering and Housekeeping on a weekly basis, to ensure that all areas of maintenance are completed
跟进工程部和客房部，确保所有需要维修的区域在一周内完成。
To participate in the set up and breakdown of all functions, and assist at all times to the best ability.
积极参加并指导宴会的摆台和调节。
To report discrepancies or guest complaints to the F@B Mgr
汇报失误或客人的投诉给餐饮经理。
To ensure that all dirty linen is exchanged with Housekeeping with fresh linen. And ensure that all records of exchange are kept in the outlet linen log book.
确保所有的脏布草到客房部更换，并在布草记录本上做好记录。
To ensure that all orders are written on captains orders and are filled out correctly and legibly. And submit orders to the correct locations to ensure speedy delivery of the order.
确保所有的点单正确清楚明白的写在点菜单上。将点单尽快送到正确的部门。
To report any discrepancies or problem situations that may arise to the F&B Manager, so that action may be taken to quickly resolve and correct this.
报告任何可能发生的矛盾或者紧急情况给餐饮部经理，使情况可以被及时处理。
To follow and undertake any reasonable request made by the management of the restaurant and the Hotel.
服从和完成来自上级或者酒店管理层的合理要求。
To understand the importance of Food and Beverage sales, and make every effort to sell, or see to it that the maximum number of items are sold.
了解食品和酒水销售的重要性，并努力销售，或者尽可能推销。
Report at all times to the Management of the Department any customer complaint or problem situation.
向部门报告发生的紧急情况和客人的投诉。
