Have a whole knowledge and master the facility, service project character, hotel operation guideline and sales strategy

全面了解并掌握酒店的设施设备、各种服务项目、产品特点、酒店经营方针及销售策略等

Have a good knowledge of news, advertisement, advertising and other professional knowledge, know well about the marketing, and expanding operation, know about the situation of travel area and hotel management knowledge, master the public relation, psychology and physical science and other basic knowledge
