Maximize Accor market sharewithin his/her area/territory.

在职责领域内最大化雅高酒店集团的市场占有率。

Personally handle key accountsin each of the hotel’s major contributing market segments. Establish regularcontact with major associations and government departments.

亲自处理酒店每个主要细分市场的大客户。与主要团体及政府机构建立经常性联系。

Actively get involved withsales solicitation of major accounts.

积极通过销售活动为酒店带来重要客户。

Ensure that the sales teammeet clients requirement and that the client service offered correspondseffectively to their requests. In the event of complaints made by clients,should the need arise, to avail him/herself as mediator between the hotel andclients.

确保销售团队及其服务符合客户要求。如果遇到客人投诉,如有必要,应主动担当酒店和客人之间的调解人。

Ensure the availability ofafter-sales services and, in particular, concerns him/herself with clients whohave registered complaints.

确保售后服务的提供,特别要关注提出投诉的客人。

Organize and attend tradeshows when requested.

按要求组织及参加行业展会。

Concern himself / herself withthe welcoming and orientation of new talents.

对新人才进行欢迎和入职培训。

Public relations 公关:

-      Develop and foster goodrapport with the public, clients and members of the trade in an effort toensure and promote a good image of the hotel.

与公众、顾客和行业会员发展良好关系以确保并提升酒店形象。

-      Ensure all sales advertisingand public relations efforts provide optimum profit returns.

确保所有销售和公共关系广告取得最佳回报。

Assist the members of thesales team and other departments in securing business for all revenuegenerating centers.

协助销售部人才及其他部门人才为所有收益部门赢得生意。

Conduct monthly accountsreviews with the Sales team.

与销售人员每月评估所属客户的业绩。

Ensure a good atmosphere andefficient co-operation in his/her department.

Functional liaison: Maintaingood contact with departments of the hotel and may have contact with sales talentat the regional level.

Prepare the annual marketingplan and manual for the department and participates in setting up the marketingpolicies, procedures and objectives.

编制年度营销计划和手册,并设立政策、程序和目标。

Determines the marketing andsales strategies in all related areas required to meet the annual budgets ofthe hotel.

通过配合酒店的年度预算来决定市场销售的策略。

Set up pricing strategies inall areas, with regular reviews in keeping with the hotel needs and markettrends.

在满足酒店的需要与符合市场的趋势的情况下,制定价格策略,并定期进行评估。

Follow the departmentalresults in all areas (accounts’ productivity, up-selling revenues, promotionaltracking, etc.) and ensure corrective actions are implemented as necessary.

Work closely with Director ofRevenue Management and reservations managers to maximizes the utilization ofall automated sales and reservations systems involved with both group andindividual business.

Supervise the existence of anefficient follow-up on all leads towards business materialization and long-termcustomer relationship.

Keep reservation centers andGSOs updated on current information, promotions and pricing to facilitateefficiency and realization of business objectives.

Through various tools (e.g.media, social events, gatherings with competition etc.), explores economicdata, new developments in certain companies’ structures, new assignments,industrial complexes, new business centers, new projects which all could be ofinterest and benefit of the hotel and distributes this information to relevant talent.

Keeps close follow up ondevelopments of the competitor hotels (occupancy, structural alterations,renovation, special campaigns, rate promotions, marketing efforts, theme eventsetc.).

Ensure collaterals are keptupdated, with fresh new ideas as necessary, ensuring sufficient stock arereadily available for sales and promotional activities.

Keep a close watch on groupproductivity/activities and follow-ups, ensuring minimal business loss, andhigher conversion rate of all leads.

Work with DOS and SalesManagers to set up the annual rates for local/international companies, bothtravel trade and commercial accounts, devising clear understanding ofstrategies in the rates negotiation process.

Make personal salesvisitations to top key accounts at least twice a year to broaden customercontact base.

Ensure fair accountdistribution amongst the sales talents who will be responsible to manage(visit, handling complaints, update information and follow up) their ownaccount group.

Ensure an efficient two-waycommunication to keep customers updated on latest development in the hotel andhotel management of all changes in the customer profile and market trends.

Work with F&B and otherdepartments to plan promotional campaigns for rooms and banquets, ensuringinformation are distributed in a timely and detailed manner to all concerned.

Feedback and work with theother department heads to ensure delivery of  quality services to customers’ expectation and satisfaction.

Plan and prepares for theparticipation at trade shows, fairs, exhibitions, workshops, road show, salesblitzes etc.

Preparerelevant monthly reports for distribution to Admin. Office, Corporate Office, andGSOs.

Provide on-going marketing andsales directions and training program for talent development and businessenhancement.

Plan and execute theadvertising needs of the hotel, both local and international media, in keepingwith corporate standards and hotel image.

Ensure regular communicationsand free publicity is maintained with PR activities and regular releases.

Performs any other dutiesassigned by management.
